The Spike Scream Awards were last night and the stars showed up strong. I actually like the Scream awards lots of times they are comical and overall I like the lighthearted feel. I think Kristen Bell looked the best and damn those legs, but there were a handful of good looking dolls there, as you can see. The award for "The Ultimate Scream Movie" went to the dark Knight; while "Best Horror Movie" went to Sweeney Todd - The Demon Barber. For a full list of winners check it out HERE. The two-hour show also included musical performances by the Smashing Pumpkins and pop star Kerli.
