Katy Perry was doing a press conference for MTV Europe Music Awards on the 5th of November in a skirt and guess what. We got Up skirt baby!!! Sense I posted those Amanda Bynes up skirts today I figured what the hell how about another. And you know what? You can't argue with that logic. There are some low quality nip slips from a Katy at a Canadian concert fro charity going around If I find them in better quality I will post those up as well. Enjoy.
