So here is a good way to start out the week, with a little workout. I must say too as an instructor Erica does a spectacular job, because the last thing I want in a celebrity work out host is one that won't shut up. In fact all Erica say here is her name and the fact she plays Louise Lane on Smallville. So kick back and enjoy this little wake up work out call.
